<p style="text-align: justify;">Salah satu kewajiban umat Islam adalah melaksanakan sholat lima waktu. Sholat ternyata tidak hanya menjadi amalan utama di akhirat nanti, tetapi gerakan-gerakan sholat ternyata paling proporsional bagi anatomi tubuh manusia. Bahkan dari sudut medis, sholat adalah gudang obat dari berbagai jenis penyakit.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Selama ini sholat yang dilakukan lima kali sehari oleh umat Islam, sebenarnya telah memberikan investasi kesehatan yang cukup besar bagi yang melakukan sholat tersebut. Gerakan sholat sampai dengan salam memiliki makna yang luar biasa baik untuk kesehatan fisik, mental bahkan keseimbangan spiritual dan emosional. Tetapi sayang hanya sedikit dari umat Islam yang memahaminya. Berikut ini beberapa manfaat gerakan sholat bagi kesehatan manusia:</p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong><em>1. Takbiratul Ihram</em></strong></span><br />
Takbiratul Ihram, berdiri tegak, mengangkat kedua tangan sejajar telinga, lalu melipatnya di depan perut atau dada bagian bawah. Manfaat: Gerakan ini melancarkan aliran darah, getah bening (limfe) dan kekuatan otot lengan. Posisi jantung di bawah otak memungkinkan darah mengalir lancar ke seluruh tubuh. Saat mengangkat kedua tangan, otot bahu meregang sehingga aliran darah kaya oksigen menjadi lancar. Kemudian kedua tangan didekapkan di depan perut atau dada bagian bawah. Sikap ini menghindarkan dari berbagai gangguan persendian, khususnya pada tubuh bagian atas.</p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong><em>2. Rukuk</em></strong></span><br />
Rukuk yang sempurna ditandai tulang belakang yang lurus sehingga bila diletakkan segelas air di atas punggung tersebut tak akan tumpah. Posisi kepala lurus dengan tulang belakang. Manfaat, Postur ini menjaga kesempurnaan posisi dan fungsi tulang belakang (corpus vertebrae) sebagai penyangga tubuh dan pusat syaraf. Posisi jantung sejajar dengan otak, maka aliran darah maksimal pada tubuh bagian tengah. Tangan yang bertumpu di lutut berfungsi relaksasi bagi otot-otot bahu hingga ke bawah. Selain itu, rukuk adalah latihan kemih untuk mencegah gangguan prostat.</p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"> <strong><em>3. Iktidal</em></strong></span><br />
Bangun dari rukuk, tubuh kembali tegak setelah, mengangkat kedua tangan setinggi telinga. Manfaat: i’tidal adalah variasi postur setelah rukuk dan sebelum sujud. Gerak berdiri bungkuk berdiri sujud merupakan latihan pencernaan yang baik. Organ-organ pencernaan di dalam perut mengalami pemijatan dan pelonggaran secara bergantian. Efeknya, pencernaan menjadi lebih lancar.</p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong><em>4. Sujud</em></strong></span><br />
Menungging dengan meletakkan kedua tangan, lutut, ujung kaki, dan dahi pada lantai. Manfaat: Aliran getah bening dipompa ke bagian leher dan ketiak. Posisi jantung di atas otak menyebabkan darah kaya oksigen bisa mengalir maksimal ke otak. Aliran ini berpengaruh pada daya pikir seseorang. Karena itu, lakukan sujud dengan tuma’ninah (jangan tergesa gesa) agar darah mencukupi kapasitasnya di otak. Postur ini juga menghindarkan gangguan wasir. Khusus bagi wanita, baik rukuk maupun sujud memiliki manfaat luar biasa bagi kesuburan dan kesehatan organ kewanitaan.</p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong><em>5. Duduk</em></strong></span><br />
Duduk ada dua macam, yaitu iftirosy (tahiyyat awal) dan tawarruk (tahiyyat akhir). Perbedaan terletak pada posisi telapak kaki. Manfaatnya, saat iftirosy, tubuh bertumpu pada pangkal paha yang terhubung dengan syaraf nervus Ischiadius. Posisi ini menghindarkan nyeri pada pangkal paha yang sering menyebabkan penderitanya tak mampu berjalan.<br />
Duduk tawarruk sangat baik bagi pria sebab tumit menekan aliran kandung kemih (urethra), kelenjar kelamin pria (prostata) dan saluran vas deferens. Jika dilakukan. dengan benar, postur irfi mencegah impotensi. Variasi posisi telapak kaki pada iffirosy dan tawarruk menyebabkan seluruh otot tungkai turut meregang dan kemudian relaks kembali. Gerak dan tekanan harmonis inilah yang menjaga. kelenturan dan kekuatan organ-organ gerak manusia.</p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong><em>6. Salam</em></strong></span><br />
Gerakan memutar kepala ke kanan dan ke kiri secara maksimal. Manfaatnya untuk relaksasi otot sekitar leher dan kepala menyempurnakan aliran darah di kepala. Gerakan ini mencegah sakit kepala dan menjaga kekencangan kulit wajah.</p>
<p>Pada dasarnya, seluruh gerakan sholat bertujuan meremajakan tubuh. Apalagi jika dilakukan secara rutin, maka sel-sel yang rusak dapat segera tergantikan. Regenerasi pun berlangsung lancar. Alhasil, tubuh senantiasa bugar. Jadi bagi umat Islam yang belum melakukan sholat dengan benar dan khusyuk, dari sekarang ubahlah, karena sholat itu selain menjadi salah satu tanda orang bertakwa, ternyata sholat itu sangat baik buat kesehatan</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">A Hortatory exposition is a type of spoken or written text that is intended to explain the listeners or readers that something should or should not happen or be done. To strengthen the explanation, the speaker or writer needs some arguments as the fundamental reasons of the given idea. In other words, this kind of text can be called as argumentation.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Since it is one type of argumentative passages, it is very similar to analytical exposition. Both hortatory and <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><a href="http://www.smakhzmusthafa.sch.id/2011/11/analytical-exposition-text-overview/">analytical exposition</a></span></strong> state thesis as the introduction. Both present argumentation to support the stated thesis. However hortatory exposition make the argumentation into a higher level. It is closed by certain recommendation and makes hortatory exposition differs from analytical exposition.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The  Social function of a hortatory exposition is to persuade the reader or listener that something should or should not be the case. Then the purpose of this hortatory is influencing and persuading the readers by presenting the supporting arguments. Hortatory exposition text can be found in scientific books, journals, magazines, newspaper articles, academic speech or lectures, research report etc. Hortatory expositions are popular among science, academic community and educated people.</p>
<h4 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #ff6600;">Generic Structure of Hortatory Exposition</span></h4>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. Thesis : <em>Statement or announcement of issue concern</em><br />
2. Arguments : <em>Reasons for concern that will lead to recommendation</em><br />
3. Recommendation : <em>Statement of what should or should not happen or be done based on the given arguments</em></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">1. Focusing on generic human and non human participants, except for speaker or writer referring to self.<br />
2. Using mental processes. It is used to state what the writer or speaker thinks or feels about something. For example: realize, feel etc.<br />
3. Using material processes. It is used to state what happens, e.g. ….has polluted… etc.<br />

Well, corruption is common everywhere in the world, even in the United States. It’s just a matter of intensity. However, it is quite shocking when one reliable survey claims Jakarta as the most corrupt place in Indonesia.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Argument 1</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">The survey has made me sad, actually, because I stay and earn a living here in the capital. As most people know, Tanjung Priok port smuggling is not a new thing at all. Entrepreneurs who want to minimize their tax payments tend to do such a thing more often. They even bribe the officials.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Argument 2</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Well, I think the measures taken so far to overcome the problem by punishing the corruptors is still not far enough. We have to prevent the younger generations from getting a bad mentality caused by corruption.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Recommendation</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I believe we should start at the earliest stages in school and I think everyone should be involved in the effort to eradicate corruption. We must not make any distinction.<br />

Larutan Elektrolit &amp; Nonelektrolit</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Zat cair yang dapat menghantarkan arus listrik disebut <strong>elektrolit</strong>, sedangkan zat cair yang tidak dapat menghantarkan arus listrik disebut <strong>nonelektrolit</strong>. Suatu larutan yang dapat menghantarkan arus listrik disebut <strong>larutan elektrolit</strong>, sedangkan larutan yang tidak dapat menghantarkan arus listrik disebut <strong>larutan nonelektrolit</strong>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Alat yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur hantaran arus listrik pada suatu zat cair dsiebut <strong>alat uji elektrolit</strong>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Pada tahun 1884, <strong><em>Svante Arrhenius</em></strong> mengajukan teorinya, bahwa dalam larutan elektrolit yang berperan menghantarkan arus listrik adalah partikel-partikel bermuatan (ion) yang bergerak bebas di dalam larutan. Pergerakan ion ini disimpulkan bahwa <em>ion-ion positif bergerak menuju ke kutub negatif dan ion-ion negatif akan bergerak ke kutub positif</em>. (gambar berikut)</p>

</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Senyawa ion dalam bentuk padatan sudah sebagai ion-ionnya, yang terikat kuat dan rapat sehingga tidak bergerak bebas, jadi senyawa ion dalam bentuk padatan (kristal) tidak dapat menghantarkan arus listrik. Sebaliknya jika kristal senyawa ion dilarutkan atau dilebur, maka ion-ionnya bergerak bebas, sehingga dapat menghantarkan arus listrik.</p>
<p>Contoh : kristal NaCl (garam dapur)</p>
<p>NaCl(<em>s</em>) → Na<sup>+</sup>(<em>aq</em>) + Cl<sup>-</sup>(<em>aq</em>)</p>

<li>Senyawa Kovalen</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Beberapa senyawa kovalen di dalam air dapat terurai menjadi ion-ion posirif dan ion-ion negatif. HCl merupakan senyawa kovalen, tetapi karena pengaruh molekul-molekul air, HCl dapat terurai :</p>
<p>HCl(<em>aq</em>) → H<sup>+</sup>(<em>aq</em>) + Cl<sup>-</sup>(<em>aq</em>)</p>
<p>Peristiwa terurainya molekul menjadi ion-ion ini disebut ionisasi.</p>
<p>B. Larutan Elektrolit Kuat &amp; Elektrolit Lemah</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Daya hantar larutan elektrolit ditentukan oleh banyak sedikitnya ion yang terjadi pada proses ionisasi (disosiasi). Makin banyak ion yang terdapat dalam suatu larutan, makin kuat daya hantar listiknya. Larutan seperti ini disebut <strong>larutan elektrolit kuat</strong>. Sedangkan larutan yang berdaya hantar listrik lemah disebut <strong>larutan elektrolit lemah</strong>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Banyak sedikitnya elektrolit yang mengion dinyatakan dengan derajat ionisasi atau derajat disosiasi (α), yaitu perbandingan antara jumlah zat yang mengion dengan jumlah zat yang dilarutkan.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Kekuatan elektrolit dapat diamati dengan alat uji elektrolit. Pada larutan elektrolit kuat, lampu akan menyala terang dan disekitar elektrode kadang-kadang timbul gelembung-gelembung gas yang banyak., sedangkan pada elektrolit lemah lampu redup dan bahkan tidak menyala sama sekali tetapi ada gelembung-gelembung gas disekitar elektrode.</p>

<p><strong>Cleopatra:</strong> <em>Oh, my dearest Anthony. How could you marry such a woman like Octavia. You said you   love me. Oh, how dare you! How deep is your love for me?</em></p>
<p><strong>Anthony :</strong> <em>My sweetest queen, there&#8217;s a baggary in the love that can be reckoned.</em></p>
<p>Here are some expressions of love:</p>
<p>- I love you<br />
- I love you too.<br />
- I really love you and I always will.<br />
- I trully love you endlessly.<br />
- There&#8217;s nothing that compares with my love for you.<br />
- Words fail to convey how much I love you.<br />
